The in-depth application of artificial intelligence technology is reshaping the industrial ecology of plastic vacuum bottles.
The "AI-NanoVacuum Pro" system, jointly developed by Seiko Group of Japan and Chinese enterprises, was put into mass production in the third quarter of 2025. Through real-time regulation of the vacuum pumping process by AI algorithms, the residual oxygen rate in the bottle is accurately controlled below 0.1%, extending the shelf life of active ingredients such as retinol by more than 60%.
The penetration rate of domestic intelligent production lines has increased significantly. As of September 2025, the proportion of intelligent assembly lines in the industry reached 72.5%, and leading enterprises have increased the product qualification rate to 99.8% through AI visual inspection systems. Data from Shanghai Jahwa's supply chain shows that plastic vacuum bottles equipped with intelligent temperature-sensing chips can provide real-time early warning of abnormal storage environments, reducing the product loss rate by 37%. "Intelligent vacuum packaging has become a core selling point for high-end beauty brands," said the head of Shiseido China. The sales volume of its vacuum bottle products equipped with an AI traceability system increased by 58% in the first month of launch.
